Homestyle Roof Painters & Repairs Brendale

Had our roof repainted approx 5 years ago. To begin with the roof looked great. However......now looks terrible. Faded, peeling, original tile comimg through all over roof. Company promoted 10 year Guarantee. Contacted Homestyle. Carl came out to look. He declared that the roof had faded and was faulty paint and not his problem. Take it up with the paint company. He emailed paint company on our behalf. No resolution happened. We contacted paint company. They advised as sign of good will they will provide paint at no charge. They were great to deal with. Contacted carl to see who would be applying the paint. No response. Now have to pay another contractor to repaint. We have found another painter who has assessed the job. He has advised that our roof is the worst he has ever seen. He advises not correctly prepped and amount of paint used was not applied to correct sqm2. Would not recommend Homestyle.

We had a complete roof restoration, new gutters and downpipes. Carl at Homestyle was extremely unprofessional. The quality of work was disgraceful. We could have done a better job ourselves. The price we paid for the workmanship that we received was outrageous. Do not use this company they are all about image and receiving their final payment not customer satisfaction as they promise.

I had 3 buildings done by Homestyle. The standard of work was extremely low. Repointing was slapped ontop of the existing, leaving cracks exposed. Trying to discuss my concerns with management I was treated with no respect or understanding. My opinion was worth nothing. What really makes the business look bad was the painter painting in the rain. When I called to ask why this happened I again was spoken to extremely rudely and told I didn't know what I was talking about. Use with caution

Homestyle Roof Painters are by far the best company in the greater Brisbane region for roof restoration. They had completed a recent roof restoration and roof painting at our neighbours place and it looked great. We have no hesitation in recommending their roof restoration and roof repair services. They were prompt, meticulous and the cost of our roof restoration and roof repairs was very reasonable.
