Dishonesty is their slogan. Unprofessional and manipulator sales person. I was told a brand new mattress will be sent to my address before the sale took a place, and then realize after paying the money a floor one will be sent instead. Asked for money back and still waiting. Poor management and disrespectful sales manger.

I agree with the comments about the staff being too "Sales-person" like. It is a really uncomfortable feeling walking into one of these stores, you feel as though you are being hunted. When I spoke to one of the staff, the unscrupulous sales tactics were very apparent. Give this place a miss.

Rude salesperson misleading when trying to lay-by a bed. Once payed off found out there was no bed base included when I made it clear i needed both. Returned the mattress unopened and unused then they had troubles returning my money blaming my bank card, I found out later they didn't know how to use there own eftpos machine. I informed them of there mistake then still had to ring the following day to get them to start the refund process. I had asked multiple times to speak with the store manager who was never available to give me a call even once to resolve the issue I was having but was able to inform there staff over the phone while I was put on hold to say I could buy the base for an extra $399.

Discusting after sales service. Took our money in full and have been trouble ever since. Stay away.
