Have called so many times to organise an interview for a carer. They always promise to get our local office to call back and they never do. If they can't even acknowledge phone calls I don't believe that they would actually care at all about their clients

Vibrant. Mini Skirt. Sound curious?  Over 2years ago we chose Home Care Assistance Sunshine Coast. That proved to be the very best decision. My Mother & myself interviewed representatives from 10 different home care service providers. It was an intense process. I formulated 20 questions; asked everyone the same & wrote down their answers. Then we reviewed them all; fees & charges varied greatly. We chose Kendall because her fees & charges were very competitive; but most importantly she was like a breath of fresh air. Not staid, rigid & uncompromising like most of the others. A huge thank you to Kendall & all her employees for an excellent job. HCASC has the most prompt telephone response time in the world. I ring; the number barely dials once & they have answered. A very special thank you to Tammy & Tanya who were my Mother's favourites. With huge appreciation & gratitude.

We have recently been to QLD for a holiday and used Home care assistance while we were there for my husbands care. We had the most wonderful carers!! I cant speak highly enough of them! Kind, compassionate, calm and thoughtful. We were so sad to leave them behind when we returned home. We will be sure to contact Michelle and her team next time we are in the area.

Amazing staff every one who has come to help my family has always go above and beyond. One carer, Tanya, is wonderful and looks after my children as a mother not just a paid carer.

Kendall and her team go over and above for their clients... give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

Damn good & go out of their way to help.
