I have been using this chemist for close to 3 yrs now and only ever had 1 bad experience with a staff member she must of been having a bad day because she is extremely nice. The staff are so friendly and professional, not sure how they remain that way when ive seen some of the stuff there staff have to deal with. If they don't have my prescription or all of it at once they arrange delivery for me so I don't have to come back. 10 outta 10 from me.

I have been to this chemist many times, but today I felt as though I had to leave a review. I visited twice today and was served both times by a young girl with glasses and brown hair. She was beyond friendly and very helpful. She took the time to explain the medications to me and how they worked and I didn’t feel rushed at all. 10/10

Do not use this business. I went in there with a queasy stomach, they sold me this awful 'naturopathic' anti-nausea spray that just made me even sicker. Went to Woolworths, bought some Gaviscon, felt better immediately. What the Hell kind of pharmacy doesn't even stock simple Gaviscon?? Waste of $16, never going back there again.

Customer Service here seems to be afterthought. Have noticed it going downhill for sometime though today took the cake - will not go into it but will say did not feel welcomed or in fact believed!!!

Great local pharmacy and very competitive pricing. The ladies behind the counter are very knowledgeable and kind!

Best pharmacy iv'e been to. Staff are friendly and helpful. Fast service with a smile. I have needed the pharmacist to fill out paperwork for me and its never been a problem.

They are all beautiful staff, who all go out of there way to help all the time....keep up the great family feel and actually knowing your customers, not like other places where your just a number

A star for the staff which are lovely but the prices of products there are so expensive! I needed a Panadol for the newborn and it was $20, we went else where to buy the Panadol in medowbrook chemist and it was $6.95. That is a big difference.

Watch out on their medicine prices! I was told that the price of my medication is $18.99 and when I was surprised and asked them to double check, they said the best price they can do it for is $9.99, while the exact same medicine cost me $6.20 at the Eagleby Amcal Chempro chemist!!!

Will not go back here. Got treated poorly and the lady at the front counter was extremely rude.
