I get quite bad period cramps and ran out of period pain tablets before I could restock. I asked my roommate if he'd be able to grab me some naprogesic only used for period pain relief, he'd gotten to the counter and showed a picture of the box to know what to get. The pharmacist that served him proceeded to ask if it was for him, to which he said no it's for my roommates partner, she then went on to ask if he knew if I was pregnant, went to talking about breastfeeding and how if I'm pregnant I can't be taking the medication. She then asked again if it was for him, or a friend, making him out like he didn't know what he was getting. He tried to repeat that it was for his roommates partner and that he didn't know the information. I was in way too much pain to even drive and he happily helped, but I'm never going back to this store because of this interaction

I love this store so much. Over the last couple years it’s really gotten so much better and the wait times are much faster than usual. The staff have to deal with alot of bad attitude and they deal with it really well- I’ve seen some really horrid creatures abuse the staff a lot and the pharmacists are really professional and good at trying to solve any problems. One of the Pharmacists cassey  has been there a while and she has taken so much care with my parents medicines and has truly helped us with their chronic illnesses. She truly is what makes a difference in someone’s life and health. She has the biggest heart especially for someone who deals with Beenleigh locals every day. I hope the store appreciates her kindness and presence. I would follow that girl to any pharmacy if she moved - . I also want to appreciate  how kind and sweet all the floor staff are. They have the store looking so clean and nice and it’s such a delight talking with any one of them. The managers are doing a great job of choosing staff. It’s vastly improved. I can’t wait to see what else happens with this store. Only wish is the music on radio needs to be more fun so I can browse perfumes with some kick in my step. Chemist warehouse is known to be a leechy company but the staff are such beautiful people and I wish the owner could reward that for them. Also I noticed that everyone who works here is so stylish? Everyone has a nice hair and makeup and style. It looks wonderful and is great to talk to such a beautiful team. Even the young men are a delight. Happy days to be a local here.

Wide range of stock.  Very knowledgeable and helpful pharmacists. Shop floor staff are always willing to help you find products. Cashiers are always very friendly. Absolutely nothing not to like!

Generally long wait times but it is a busy store. I require a medication that prevents me from choking when I eat and I can't eat without it. I had to ring them to find out if my medication had arrived yet. No one rang or messaged to let me know that they received it. If you look through the comments, chemist warehouse never replies to reviews like every other business that cares about its clients and reputation. I would suggest that you support your small local chemist

Great range but by god the service is slow, even when it's almost empty. Pack a lunch if you're going to pick up a script from here!
