Always pleasant and very nice to deal with, however just unknowable when it comes to Cannabis products. Can get quite frustrating. The store is great. Has everything U would expect of a Chemist warehouse. Set out well clean and tidy. Great special here too.
The wait time for prescriptions are ridiculous especially with scattered incompetent staff on such as Jared. The kind of staff member to waste your time loosing your prescription, and instead of admitting fault and asking for your prescription again, he will lie to your face about reviewing footage, instead of doing his actual job and getting the prescription. What a joke of a worker!
The Chemist opens at 7am, I made an appointment for a flu vaccine at 10am.nArrived for my appointment 2minutes prior to be told that the vaccination staff member called in sick.nA phone call would have been nice considering I had made an appointment and driven all the way down there.nUseless customer service.

In the centre of Beenleigh, providing a much needed service!! This probably one of the busiest Chemist Warehouses I know and probably need a bit more staff to help. Thanks Angie for being patient while still helpful behind the till
