They are good at getting you as a client. Great pep talk and all. Then once they got you, you would only hear from them via email. Paid too much for doing my tax return and ended up paying the ATO money. When another accountant (from somewhere else) looked at it, he found out that there was only a third of interest paid in the mortgage that was claimed! So I have to pay more for this new accountant to re-assess and submit my tax return from last year. Asked them if they can send me a copy of all the documents needed via email and no response. Then called and said they're busy and will get to it soon. Still nothing. Paid over $500 to do an individual tax return with simple rental property (just rental income and rates- no cleaning/maintenance expenses either). This year I only paid less than $150 to do my taxes and getting over $2,000 back! As an individual tax payer I would definitely not recommend this firm!
