I took my car to Mark at HP Auto having been told by another garage that done my WOF that it needed a new shock as it was leaking.  Mark took the time to have a quick look even although he was busy and advised it was not requiring to be replaced.

Very honest guy who saved me hundreds if dollars.

I've been dealing with Highland Park Auto's for around about 30 years now, and I have had all my vehicles, mainly trade vans, serviced and repaired with Mark & Adrian. These guys always do a great job at an honest and fair price. I am always confident when I get my van back, everything has been done for it to get safely and reliably through to the next WOF or service. On top of that, I've never had to question the value of an invoice, as I'm well aware of the quality of service competing garages give other people I know. These guys are old school, and know their way around almost anything with 4 wheels.
Thanks for all the great work you've done over the years. It's been one less headache to have to deal with.

I had the pleasure of meeting Duane via the web when I was looking for a shop to do a pre-purchase inspection for a car I bought from Bell Ausi in Edison. As a car savvy person - I have been an automotive service write as a job before and run fleet vehicle operations for a large company - I know how important such inspection can be. 

Very simply, Duane and his crew are exactly the type of people you would want to do such a job. They were thorough, on time with the appointment and services rendered and reasonable in their pricing. 

The best part about this was I was able to arrange all of the services I needed via the phone since I bought the car via eBay and live in Baltimore. As a former automotive service professional my expectations of service are very high. Duane and the crew at HP Automotive not only met but exceeded my expectations.
