Avoid this real estate at all costs! The property manager I had the misfortune of having was horrible. They will send entry notices months in advance and then will not remind you near the actual date. Refused many the time to amend any maintenance for the property, and were all about getting the tenants to pay for any damage, cleaning or maintenance needed when even on the entry report it was there before the move in date. Most horrible experience with a real estate agency I have ever had. A close friend was extremely interested in buying one of their listings and after reading the reviews and dealing with them for a week decided it was not even worth going through them. If it was possible to give a negative rating I certainly would. Terrible company to have any relationship with.

I have purchased properties through Stacey and now i am currently renting out properties through them aswell. I am very very happy with the service they provide and highly recommend the team!

If you're looking to use a real estate in Highfields or the surrounding areas defiantly avoid Local Agent. The property manages there will come on to properties without consent or notice. They failed on multiple occasions to amend any maintenance requirements of the property. If their was an option to give a rating of 0, I would. Absolutely appalling business to deal with.

My house buying experience with this agent was disappointing & sub par. As a buyer, I was not valued, had to ask twice for a copy of my contract which was 'forgotten' I was not contacted during the 30 day settlement, was not contacted when the contract went unconditional & on the day of settlement I was not contacted with a congratulations. No communication at all. Wasn't worth their commission. 0 star
