A bit expensive but the quality was good Waitress engagement was average, not overly engaging but certainly not rude. Waiter was quite friendly as was the gentlemen cashing up I gave it 3 stars. Would have given it 4 if the serving staff had been more engaging. 5 stars if they had sought my opinion on how they could improve service (I'm not complaining, I'm just pointing out that service wasn't anything spectacular) Would I go there again? Probably not, not because it was bad but because I didn't experience anything outstanding to draw me back Ordered for a group of 7. Milkshakes, smoothies, burger, chips, chai lattes

Great coffee & food selection, very good staff..overall great cafe with a good vibe! Had to take a star off for shocking service received the last time i came here. No cutlery when served breakfast and table had no sugar for our coffee. Tried to get waitress attention but in the end helped ourselves by taking from another table!! :(

It's off the main road of Essendon surrounded by office space and factories. Very nice ambiance and good food. Even good place for a coffee catchup. I caught up with the friend. Nice street view with wall to wall glasses seperating the shop and the main road.

Initially gave this restaurant 5 stars. It has been amended to 0 if I could. As a regular customer I found a hair in my hash potato. Upon showing the waiter he responded with "yuk disgusting" then watched the manager and waiter look at the hair on the full plate of food. Short and curly is the only description i have for it. Went to the register and was greeted by a lovely lady holding her baby. She gave my husband and I the bill to which I explained I had not eaten my breaky as there was a hair in my food. She seemed to be alarmed and reluctantly offered to take a coffee off the bill. While this was all happening I could see the manager who was made aware of the situation hanging around us. After he could hear me express my concerns to the lovely lady with the baby at the register he appeared and asked "what was the problem" I then again reminded him of the hair. He replied " that it wasn't a hair it was a garnish". I questioned him and asked " why didn't he approach us and explain or show me this so called garnish that was inside my hash potato?" He said that the waiter did. No one came back to our table. I was totally appalled with this behavior. It was a hair. Not a garnish. If that's the garnish they are using stand clear of this place. I eat out regularly and hardly ever write negative reviews like this however the behavior of the manager was awful. I actually walked out and left my husband to pay. My husband explained that after I walked out, he continued to say it wasn't a hair and that his staff were young and inexperienced. That kind waiter was pleasant and had enough experience to see a hair.

Busy place as i went for a quick meal along strip. Possibly needs a system of ensuring a patron gets attended to w/out having to ask for things along the way ie menu😐. Good food & beverage when it finally arrives - yay🤗.
