nice little hidden gem - great spot for brunch. food was exceptional and the coffee was great!nnit didnt seem too busy when i arrived making me thinking not many locals know of this spotnnservice was great. waitress came out with my coffee and noticed a hair in it along the way, and went back to have a brand new one made! no questions asked - and didnt even need us to bring it up!
Absolutely love this place. Get my coffee here every morning and it's always excellent. Marco, Mikey and the crew know what they're doing. They're friendly and welcoming, like walking into the set of Cheers. Hard recommend to anyone who wants good coffee and a lovely start to their day.
There was no one in the restaurant but it took a while for coffee orders to be taken when we sat down. Food came out before coffee and staff were too busy chatting and took their time in making the coffee. There was 2 staff at the coffee station so I'm not sure why it took a while.nnI'm not coffee snob or connoisseur but the Coffee tasted diluted and we walked out without finishing it unfortunately. It tasted like drip coffee with milk.nnDefinitely better places to go around the area with better coffee and this wasn't our first time here but has become definitely our last.
Overall my kids loved their meals, one had pancakes the other had Açai bowl. However, my poached eggs were overdone on the eggs Benedict. Both were the consistency of a soft boiled egg. I told the waiter when he asked how our meal was but he didn’t say much else after that.
This place offers a range of breakfasts. The area is busy with the locals ordering takeaway coffee. The staff are friendly, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, and a great location with plenty of parking and great coffee. The food we ordered ranged from pancakes with big portions and good flavour. The bacon and egg brioche was great too. For the cheeseburger and chips, the meat patty was overcooked, so it lost its juiciness of the meat. However, the chips were flavoursome and crunchy.nI ordered chilli scrambled eggs with a side of hash brown. I have ordered this in the past. This time it lacked flavour, and it was ok. It didn’t have the intense chilli, and it was ordinary. I did enjoy the crispy golden brown hash brown on the side. The cost of some dishes is reasonable.
