Fantastic customer service from Jessica, thankyou. Looked after us when our booked vehicle didn't come in on time, and tranferred us to an upgraded vehicle type so we could still move house on the day. Even set aside another van the next day for us incase we needed it. Thanks Jessica!nWould definitely recommend this office, and would come back again.

I came in on 12/9/2025 at 3:20pm to pick up my hire car.nThere was one gentleman working on his own at the time. I just want to say how impressed I was with his service and the efficiency throughout the process. It was such a positive experience with no confusion what so ever. It was busy at the time and he handled everything amazingly.nkeep doing great, will definitely come back in the future.

Hidden charges - They “forget” to mention their vehicles don’t have e-tags so they can charge renters a steep flat admin fee +tolls if you use citylink/east link. Hertz has a company account with Citylink/Eastlink so you can’t pay Linkt directly after the trip to avoid the admin fee. A cute little scam.

We went to get a rental car organised by our insurer at Hertz ,Hume highway. The car offered was not the one we booked and will not suit our needs as we are a big family. While my husband was in a phone call outside office and me inside waiting, the reception girl discussed our needs criticising us on the phone call.  No customer respect at all. Saying we are bad customers not accepting what they offer and she doesn’t understand why “he won’t accept what they offer and demanding and pushing on one particular car”. No professionalism or manners. She should not be allowed to work in such a great company. She just ruined our day and made everything worse
