if i could give it Zero stars i would. These incompetent fools deducted an additional $430 from my bank acc for damages which occurred to the vehicle after i had already payed them, then they gave me a hard time before returning the money. Will never hire a car from them ever again.

The service is very efficient, there is never any delay while renting or returning the vehicles. The trucks and vans are in good shape. However the staff should work on their demeanor a little by being more polite and welcoming. I'd gladly rent from them again.

No option to rate zero stars ! If you want to experiment the worst customer service in Australia - you have to try these clowns. my experience from booking, picking up and dropping off the vehicle was a disaster. 1. the truck i booked was gone so got downgraded to a van (I had no option as i was moving that day) 2. at the time of the pick up they require 3 forms of id - with at least 2 addresses? really? ok i have a drivers license, credit card, medicare, bank card etc... but was not enough. they wanted to see a bill with my address which had to match my drivers license. First of all i dont carry electricity or gas bills in my pocket - secondly i am in the process of moving (the reason I needed the truck) and i dont have anything with my new address. luckily after 1 hour of arguing I found an email from my new provider. saying that i have rented hundreds of cars but never got asked such thing! 3. when i returned the van - they took 20 mins to access the vehicle and found the internal panel of the sliding door was missing. I explained it was missing when i originally picked up the vehicle and it was obvious from the panel its not something that went missing (from wear and tear) last 24 hours. they accused me for taking the panel out - 45 minutes later they found a note from couple of months ago saying it was missing from previous rentals. 4. after all this the clown at the reception had the courriage to charge me for an additional day of rental (picked up the van at 8.30am and returned same time following day) but because all the above by the time he processed it was now 9.25am and according to their system i had to pay for an additional day! he was kind enough to waive the this fee (as he said doing me a favour) but did charge for me extra kms i did because i had to do more trips as the truck i booked originally was not there and I had to get a smaller van!!! to be completely honest; the only reason i didnt lose my cool is i assumed this was a prank at some sort. waiting for cameras to come out as they pushed all my buttons.
