I had an excellent experience with Hertz in Welshpool. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the car was in great condition. The rental process was smooth and hassle-free. Convenient location and competitive prices make it my top choice for car rentals. Highly recommend!

Just before Christmas I was two hours into a long journey and my car had engine issues only going a max of 80 to 90km/hr. I had to travel slowly back to Perth with a car full of luggage and my three kids. I rang at least six hire car places with no success, but Hertz Welshpool came to my rescue. Not only did they get a car ready for me straight away, but even though they were busy a kind staff member helped crossload all my luggage into the hire car. I am so grateful! Well done Hertz Welshpool!!

Good service nice clean car. Only issue is deposit like most companies won’t take cash then takes over a week for deposit to be refunded. Where’s the ACCC on this one. CFO’s leveraging our cash. Should be instant refund these days…..
