Hired a mini truck to move home. Airport style check in online for minimum admin once at the depot. Prestart vehicle walk around and instructions a breeze and informative. Vehicle return even easier and quicker. Only issue with the rental was 150km per day allowance, 30c every km after. Regionally you're going to travel town to town and it disappears quickly.
Amazing staff, quick and easy process of checking in and out.
Easy & efficient to hire truck & didn't take too long, there was a weekend special running so cost was very reasonable. You need to have full drivers licence with up to date address etc & person hiring truck needs to be same person to pay with card. Staff explain how to use lift mechanism etc. Would recommend.

Arrived at 11.55am to return car. Had phoned ahead and was told in no uncertain terms that they close at 12 sharp. Found gates closed, getaway car already parked in driveway and roller shutters down. They opened up but were not happy.
The woman in the counter needs some "customer service training! Pompous and rude. Obviously loves the tiny bit of power she gets from her job. Very unpleasant.
If I could give this branch a big fat nothing I would. Booked weeks ago for a van for a particular requirement and have just been advised three days out from the booking that they don't have any vans and i can get a free upgrade to a truck. The truck won't fit our requirements - too bad for us they say. I will add they didn't tell us this last week, when they rang for pre payment details. Never again - have completely stuffed us.
Went to Hertz at Epson with minutes prior to them closing on Sunday. Lisa who served me was a true superstar, superb customer service, she went out of her way to ensure I could get a truck hired for an urgent moving job. Everything explained in detail and all processed within 15 minutes. The return process this morning, so very easy without hassles. Great job team, thank you Lisa
The pick up process was great and the car was fine. I was due to deliver it back at noon. At 12:03pm I pulled up and got out of the car. A man in a tradie shirt rushed out of the office, grabbed the keys and brusquely pushed past me saying "You got here just in the nick of time". No opportunity to mention the little problem I had with the vehicle. No check in process. I was just left standing there.
