Quick and easy pick up. Good cars, friendly costumer service. Drop off is also quick and easy.

Professional and friendly service, but later charged me for things like: dropping the car in a different location; admin and rego recovery, which worked out to be way more than expected... I'm not sure it will be my first point of car hire next time, will definitely consider other options.

A very disappointed Corporate Customer. I am doing the Brisbane to Gladstone yacht race over the Easter Weekend and when trying to reserve a Hertz vehicle post race I was told that Hertz are closed Friday - Monday. For a big weekend in the Gladstone Calendar I must say I am very surprised and at the same feel a little let down by the provider I have used for more than 20 years.
