Heritage city blinds installed a pet door for the cat today. What an amazing piece of equipment, can even program which pet uses the small door and when. Installation was done on time at a reasonable price. I'm happy; the cat still thinks it's a trick. Heritage City Blinds is a great place to do business.

Never have I met a ruder business owner!  When I called to enquire about the status of our fireplace installation I heard the woman say in the background  “What does that b#tch want now?” Ummm obviously to book your business to do some work - which don’t stress -  I won’t ever be doing again! Note to self - put your phone on mute before you insult your customers lol!

Nice place with lots of demo wood heaters. Staff members are helpful and knowledgeable. Go out of their way to help even with the smallest problems. Nothing beats a WOOD BURNING HEATER in winter, absolutely cosy. THANKS YOU.
