I had a car accident last year which turned my life upside down. I have never been through anything like this before, and didn't quite know where to turn to for help. I am so glad that I contacted This firm. I've always felt like they genuinely care about me and my situation and how it impacts my children and my future and genuinely helping me put the pieces back together. They're always really quick to respond to email and answer questions and really helpful and friendly. 

To be honest I think lawyers generally get a bad reputation in the industry but this firm debunks that and I highly recommend them. I have never felt like just a number I feel like they genuinely know me and my situation any time I call and they really do care.

I was working as a picker packer in a warehouse when i injured my left elbow and left shoulder from repetive work .after I applied for work cover, I went to Henry Carus & Associates seeking legal  advice .

I had few different representatives at Henry Carus & Associates during my case, every one of them were so helpful and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about work place injury matters.I had lot of problems with my employer and work cover, they advice me and helped me every step of the way.and managed to win my case.

My representative would update me often with the case matters by phone letters and emails,and made sure I was not alone in this matter.If you want work place injury lawyers who care about there clients and there welfare ,very organized ,knowledgeable , helpful and quick to get results I highly recommended you should use Henry Carus & Associates .

After an enquiry following my disappointing Slater & Gordon experience I was fortunate to have a lengthy chat with Henry over the phone to begin with, (I travel to melb),  them met the man himself a week later.

Stunned by his caring nature & knowledge of the TAC, & also his resounding confidence saying "I don't like to lose".

The personal time he took to explain to me how he & his team operate, that I would be kept in the loop by mail each step of the way & also his assertiveness by telling me once I'm with him, it's for life,- not just when the TAC closes my claim. For life he & his team will have my back.

I have CRPS, from road trauma. The disease can progress at any time,- not to mention the pain & numbness of my near useless dominant hand.

Now I have faith, that with Henry & his team I'll be securely looked after.
