Even though it took a bit longer to get my rings back.... both repairs were really well done. I had asked quote at other jewellers ... Hennings had a quote for just a 1/4 of the other had given me for exactly the same work ..... when collecting my rings ... i paid less than the quote .... highly recommended.

We had a awful time with this jeweller. I went twice in 3 days both times I was completely overlooked. First time I waited 15 minutes. 1 customer was served ahead of me that arrived after and a male staff member went to the back room and was going through paperwork as this is obviously more important than serving customers. The other two female staff were helping someone on the phone the whole time. Because this takes 2 people to serve 1 person in the phone. Second time I stood there for 10 minutes I said hi to 2 staff and asked for help. They just said hi and walked off and said won't be a minute. Hi waited another 10 min. Poor customer service, poor communication for having 4 staff on each time. Serving customers out of order even when you speak up.

The rudeness of the senior woman is quite unbelievable. Rather than find a solution to my inquiry, she seems more intent on proving her point and arguing. No way to run a business, and it seems I am not the only person with bad experiences. This is the second time I tried this shop as my first experience was identical to this, which I put down to a bad day. Now I know it is her default mood which is disgraceful and uncalled for. The customer pays her bills at the end of the day. Wake up to yourself, life can always be worse.

I had a terrible experience whilst visiting this jewelers, I found them to be very unprofessional. I trusted them with a sentimental piece of jewellery to which they defaced. They have lost a valuable customer.
