They did not print a gift receipt and they did not specify when purchasing in store what items can and cannot be returned, both in person and over the phone. The salesperson straight up lied saying that it was impossible you would have bought her the same pair of earrings as last year for her birthday as they are apart of the “New Pandora Collection”. Gave her the gift and turned out they were the same exact pair as last year. Came into the store with the proof of purchase and the new never worn before earrings and turned out they wouldn’t allow us to return it even when we called beforehand and that the salesperson straight up lied when selling us the earrings, saying that they are apart of the new collection. Now stuck with two of the exact same pair of earrings. Horrible customer service.
