Very nice small garden style restaurant. The food was fantastic, mostly seafood oriented, cocktails were delicious and the staff were very friendly. The outlook is nothing special, views of Mt Victoria only, but the patio does catch the afternoon sun well and the gardens are nice. Great dinner or for 3 of us.

Some really great staff at Hemingway’s -so friendly and down to earth. This place feels so comfortable and welcoming. The lamb rack and paella were great options and the wine was well matched.
I’m not sure if we just got a bad night. Really wanted to support local restaurants but this is one of the worse meals we’ve had out in a long time. The service is great and the setting lovely - the food was like something out of the freezer that you would cook up yourself in 5 minutes

Such an amazing restruant! Such a nice warm and welcoming atmosphere. The food is delicious! The tirimisu is the best I have tasted in Auckland probably New Zealand actually! and the steak was cooked perfectly! The staff are so friendly and accomodating. Thank you! We will be back!
Fantastic service - really good waiters. The food is quite awesome too. Lots of Gluten free and dairy free options.
Recently celebrated my 50th birthday at Hemingways with 22 of us. Tracey and her team were amazing to deal with, gave us a lovely private area, fantastic food and drinks and staff were really friendly so made my night. Thanks again :
