Couldn't have been happier with the service and advice provided by Lucy at Helloworld Pakenham. Our 2020 family trip to Fiji was, like many, disrupted by Covid. Lucy worked incredibly hard to ensure we were rebooked - without penalty - and that we ultimately had a fantastic holiday. In these days of flight and travel disruptions you'd be crazy not to use a good travel agent. Happy to recommend Lucy based on her great service and help.

I have been wanting to write this review... after 3 amazing weeks in Italy & Greece, jet lag and back to work... I still remember our holiday so well!  It was a great experience for my daughter and I !  Europe is amazing.  And one of the reasons why our holiday trip was so amazing it is credit to the friendly amazing & professional Sandra & her team at Helloworld Travel Pakenham!  Every single detail was organised which allowed us to travel through Europe with no issues no stress.  So very happy with the hotels that we stayed in.  Let me just say... after a longish trip to arrive and have a driver taking you to your hotel... bliss!! Thank you Helloworld Travel Pakenham!  I cannot wait to book my next holiday! :

I have lost count of the times we have booked cruises and other travel with Sandra and her other two associates at Pakenham Helloworld. They are all so friendly and helpful regarding any requests for further information or suggestions re accommodation.
