Not happy. Booked flights almost 2 weeks ago, they spelt the names wrong and we asked for them to be corrected. We were advised they would be amended and sent through and we are still waiting!!! Sent a follow up email...nothing..really disapointing considering the job is customer service. Wont be using them again!!!

Larrisa was Very helpful and friendly could not do enough for us and made some great suggestions to make sure we booked the holiday and flights we wanted with minimum fuss.

No customer service. Did not want to serve us or book flights for us so we have had to return home and try to book online. Not happy!!!
