So… went in to ask about flights to New Orleans … I was told “there is no point looking, flights are ridiculously high, I would wait till the middle of next year.” Also she prob couldn’t find a flight under 5k. She did not even turn on her computer. She had no intention of helping me. So popped into flightcentre, found an amazing agent who has been helping me for 2 days now and I’m about to book a flight to New Orleans for Under 2k. Seriously helloworld agent - get another job that’s not customer facing . You are appalling .
Abby rose looked after every detail,returned all our call's and emails.To clarify l things we wanted changed Very competent, and provided us with contacts If there were any hitches in our plans. We were two middle aged women looking for a flight return from Bris to Cairns.Hotels and Kuranda rail/ sky trip. Then ferry to Fitzroy island resort relax on some of the Most beautiful beaches in Australia. Thanks heaps we are off in 2 weeks
