Unacceptable Delivery HandlingnnI am absolutely furious with the way my Hello Fresh delivery was handled. I can't believe your delivery person had the audacity to just leave my box outside the building without even bothering to call me. When I went down to retrieve it, the box was gone, stolen by someone else. I paid over $70 for this service, and this is what I get?nnThis is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of responsibility on your part. Do your job properly next time and make sure my deliveries are handed to me personally. Leaving them out on the street is not an option.nnI expect immediate action to ensure this never happens again.

The driver comes at 5:30am or earlier on a Saturday morning to LaunchingPlace ,this is a very quiet area and he slams doors and talks on his phone and has music playing in his car . I understand he is probably just trying to do his job but it wakes us up starts all the dogs in the area barking , the people who you deliver to near me do not need any help being inconsiderate they do fine as it is.
Dodgy! Did a short survey on tt to win free boxes! The guy called saying I’d won! After all the scripted nonsense he went though turns out I’d won 25% off lol! Do you have to scam your way to get a customer? What a J O K E
Cancelled my subscription weeks and mysteriously receive a charge in my account … definitely not worth the money - very expensive for what you get small sizes & low quality and terrible customer service - too bad attitude! If you’re thinking about it DONT!!
