Had a new soakage field put in for a sanitary system which is a substantial job. All seems to be working fine after 2 weeks. Moreover, the service was excellent and Chris has outstanding knowledge and is committed to a quality result. Price was competitive and no extras were added despite the job having some unanticipated (weather related) challenges which required an extra day. Someone to show up when he said he would and replace my tub spout/shower valve so I could take a shower again. He was quick and cheap. No fuss. I will very highly recommend this company and I will definitely call them for my future repairs.

I called them early morning with a clogged drain and they fixed the problem for less rate as my lowest estimate. They were nice, honest, professional and efficient. I would definitely call them again.

Helensville Drainage was the only one who answered the phone at 8pm, had great manner on the phone and quoted a reasonable price. Totally flexible, he came out, identified the issue, fixed it with no fuss.
