Sadly no longer influenced by Pete Evans so hard to stick to Paleo/Primal, sugar-free, organic, clean eating. So disappointed! Was our favourite place to eat but shan't be returning since menu has changed drastically and become very restricting. I do not eat grain fed anything, where did the wonderful grass fed organic options go!? The staff are wonderful and trying to do their best in a difficult situation!

This is my fourth visit to Heirloom and I can honestly say the most disappointing. We observed several areas for improvement: 1) one staff member focus on their set area (we had 3 different staff ask us for our first drink within a 2min period) 2) don’t take away plates when knives & forks are not crossed and we still have a mouth full of food (happened both entree and mains) 3) have in place a process where the kitchen does not start a course until the prior is finished. (We received main with 2mins of taking away entree plates....that was 15mins after ordering the entree/main. We ordered a glass each of wine with entree and a bottle with main, suggesting we want to make a night of it. This is not a fast food style restaurant and it was not busy, they should not be pushing us out the door) 4) minor.........credit card surcharges cannot be more than the surcharge from the providers. $3.50 on a $183 transaction seems significantly higher than what my business pays for transactions. Regardless, in today’s world it’s better to not charge fees than risk your staff incorrectly handling cash. On the positive the food was enjoyable if not slightly overpriced for ‘fast food’ but the desserts were amazing. I hope the restaurant take on board these comments (26th review, only 2nd that’s not 5/5)

Excellent service in a very lovely setting. Everything was tasty but the chicken liver parfait and the sirloin were amazing

I loved the place . the food is so tasty the service is exellent . The french Manager Bernard is very professional and welcoming ! Hope to come back soon
