Heidi is a fantastic, kind and positive person, extremely knowledgeable on health, fitnesses and lifestyle coaching. I did a motivational course with Heidi, it got me through a tough time and gave me what I needed to take on life again with a different attitude. Heidi’s online fitness classes are a must too! Can’t highly recommend her enough!
I would recommend Heidi to anyone and everyone I know, not just for the physical changes but also helping me to have a positive attitude/mindset. I have a disability which means my mobility is impaired some days and after Covid it got to a point where I was no longer able to leave the house due to lack of confidence in my physical capabilities. Not only has Heidi already changed that in a short space of time, but she has also helped to really lift my mood on the days I see her. Whilst she pushes me when I need it, she always respects my limits and I’m really grateful to have found her
If you are considering coaching with Heidi I can't recommend her enough. I have worked with Heidi for around 6months. The journey that I have been on has been so different and so much more than the one I had envisaged. Heidi is honest and authentic and inspiring. We all face challenges...that's life. Heidi will give you the tools to show up for yourself and make changes one step at a time. Tools that I will now carry forward. Go for it!
Heidi's motivating & real manner, with her creative sequencing to maximize workouts which are short and packed with constructive guidance, enables me to sustain my weight lifting practice three times weekly, online. I love working out at home! The fact that Heidi workouts are Facebook Live online was technically new for me and motivates me to show up: I don't want to leave her live high fives hanging lol
I started following Heidi at the start of the first lockdown, she is so inspirational every day, great mindset. I started online training with Heidi in November 2020, I love the classes always varied and can adjust to your level of fitness. I love weight based classes so perfect for me. I have also had life coaching with her, this really helped me make positive changes in my life. Heidi is always there to help, she offers a wide range of coaching sessions to you. Highly recommend her.
LOST 2.2 STN AND 25 INCHES IN 12 WEEKS I joined HD Body & Mind as part of a 12 week course to not only lose weight but to build a healthier lifestyle. I’m at the end of my 12 weeks now and I’ve certainly lost weight and changed my lifestyle, but most importantly, I’ve become the best version of myself and I have Heidi to thank for this. When I joined, I never expected to change so many aspects of my life in such a positive way. Although I expected the change in my fitness and weight, I didn’t expect to grow as much mentally as I did. Heidi doesn’t just want you to be healthier physically but also mentally. She will push you to overcome your demons, support you throughout the process and cheer you on when you succeed. Having struggled significantly with my mental health for years, I can honestly say that after taking part in Heidi’s 12 week programme, I am my happiest self. I found self love again, learned to accept life as it comes and put ME first. It has truly been a life changing experience and one that I will never forget. I feel ready to take on anything that comes my way because thanks to Heidi, I have the tools to overcome any challenges and can feel positive about my future again. I highly recommend anyone to take part, it will be the best decision you ever make!
I really love training with Heidi she makes the workouts fun even though they are really hard work and she always plays great tunes to motivate you. You workout all muscle groups and alternate with some cardio - I feel so much fitter and stronger since starting with her a couple of months ago I'm so pleased someone recommended her on a Facebook Group!
Looking back on my year and I can’t stress how much Heidi challenged changed, developed and helped me. I still find myself occasionally going into old, negative patterns of behaviour and thinking but now I’m recognising and challenging them - in soo many areas of my life. All 100% down to Heidi. The best money I’ve ever invested in myself
Heidi’s coaching has been transformative for me. As someone who has had CBT and also a counselling background, I thought I had a lot of knowledge about what makes me tick - but Heidi has a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for bringing the best out of you. I have built new habits that I never knew I could or that would benefit me in the way they have. Who knew I would be that person cycling 10km every morning at 5am - I would have laughed if someone had said that three months ago! Heidi’s way of blending the whole body, not just fitness for physical health, is refreshing and balancing - she truly focuses on the whole person from a holistic point. Thank you so much Heidi.
I enjoyed being part of Heidi's group. I came to the group wanting to be accountable for my fitness goals. When i first started my fitness goal walking lots of miles a day, I was not expecting the new changes it would have on my body. Heidi gave me support in making sure my nutrition was right. Thanks to this, I was able to carry on, improve and not give up. Also, Heidi does fitness challenges once a week. If i was not in the group, I would have made an excuse not to do the challenge. Thanks to Heidi making sure we are accountable, the challenges made me realise what i am capable of and recognise that my excuses were not serving me.
