Hedge Espresso is such a cute cafe but definitely better for drinks, coffee etcnnThe atmosphere is super lively, very homy and def seems like the community enjoys going here. I only have 2 criticism, one the XRAZY amounts of flys I sat inside yet my food was getting attacked by flys. I guess the food smelled as good as it tasted it attracted flys.nAnd two the menu is a little bit too limited for me. It is a small cafe which I understand, but it would be nice to add a few more things for brekki especially.nnPrices PRETYY relatively the same as any other cafe. Portion was normal. But the brekki breushitta is definitely not worth it. I’m paying $20+ for two tiny pieces of bread with tomato, Avacado and some oil drizzle but really it was a good dish but I was so disappointed.nnThe ice tea’s are nice a little lacking flavour but still nice. Workers were nice food didn’t take too long. But super disappointed at the dish . Def not recommend. Would try smth else. But the cute hedgehog was such a nice suprise. It’s so cute and I love it as decor. Parking was a little hardnnOverall decent experience 7/10
Heads up Brisbane/Ipswich, this suburban secret is about to get a shout out! On a corner in the lovely suburb of Salisbury is one of the best Cafes I've ever been to. It's cosy, so much so there were blankets on the chairs to snuggle on the cold rainy day. Every meal was well presented and absolutely delicious at a very reasonable price. The meals were prepared and delivered quickly. And last but not least the staff were welcoming, courteous, professional, friendly and happy. They're open early to 2pm most days. Do yourself a favor and put Hedge at the top of your to-do list.
Very friendly, accommodating and lovely vibes. Personally I would have liked more vegan options available but the place was good and the food I ate too.
We are cat sitting nearby and were recommended as being 'The' local for good coffee and atmosphere. Sarah was correct! Great coffee, very friendly staff with fast and efficient service. Ventured into the breakfast arena as well - tasty and well priced.
Small cafe in the burbs. Lovely informal atmosphere and I enjoyed the coffees there too. The roasted raisin bread was a winner for me. Friendly service and friendly clientel. Took dog there too and we sat outside watching other dogs and people.
