This was an amazing place for a lunch but will definitely be going back for the all day breakfast. I was really surprised by the variety of options and their ability to really put a twist on everything in a fresh new way. Was really happy with the service, time until food was tabled and the price. Will be going back.
Had a lovely Mother's Day brunch here. Its a bit bigger and has more booth style seating than other Health Freak Cafes. Staff were friendly and the trainee waitress did alright. Good to see young people being given a chance to learn on the job. Vegan options have grown at Health Freak Cafes, which is great and I never have to worry about gluten contamination !
As someone who is normally easy to please, today's lunch was unfortunately one of the worst I have had. Food and smoothie were so bland that we left most of it, despite paying top dollar. Good, healthy food does not need to taste like cardboard and even the basic amateur can whip up a tasty smoothie!! Disappointing to say the least!
The food at Health Freak Cafe Lounge Floreat is, as the name suggests, healthy, and delicious. In my opinion one of the best cafes in Perth. The staff are incredibly friendly, courteous and would go out of their way to accommodate customers' needs. I hold the food and staff at Health Freak Cafe Lounge Floreat in the highest regard, and would recommend to anyone.
I was looking forward to giving this local place a go last weekend but wound up being really disappointed. It took around 20 minutes for coffee to be made, and 45 minutes for our breakfast to come out. On top of this the eggs were cold and overcooked; the toast soggy and cold. Whilst the City to Surf was on that day, it wasn't busy whilst we were there - we were one of two groups sitting there. There was absolutely nothing in the way of an explanation or apology from any of the staff.
Horrible food totally wasn’t busy at all my poached egg was 90% well done which supposed to be runny inside. Hollandaise sauce was too acidy. I thought I was eating with vinegar. Customer service also very low. I won’t go back and unhappy.
Food ok. Service is a shambles. Tables not cleared or wiped. Food sat for 10 mins before being served, ran out of clean forks and spoons. Then coffee served with a plastic spoon and one meal came 10 mins before the other. They need to pick up their game.
Not the best health freak I have been to unfortunately. My food and my partners was half cold when we got it went for breakfast and the service was not easily accessible. Dont think I'd rush back for breakfast.

Amazing food and coffee with friendly staff ..... Maddie the beautiful waitress was so accommodating to our dietary needs. Will be back again soon!
