The purchase of our new Hilux from Healesville Toyota was made easy and was actually an unexpected enjoyable experience. We dealt with Eugene who was the very reason our experience was so good. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was very genuine and not "pushy" in an way. We will definitely deal with this dealership again and would highly recommend Healesville Toyota.
We purchased a Toyota C-HR from Healesville and absolutely love it. The team was amazing to deal with from start to finish. They took us through the car and explained the models so well. Well these guys report any negative comments as fake cause they Totota, 1 crached my rocker cover, 2 did not tighten my head after doing timing chain, 3 did not replace gasket on head so I loose so much oil, 3 getting apprentice to do the work on a premium, 100k plus Lexus, wow do not say you can do it, you not Japanese, your country 1st year apprentices who report all and remove all negative comments and reviews, only Toyota and 10+ companies have this pull, these guys are Holden and not Toyota, I have had 20 cars 17 Toyota's and these guys do no repent or own up and even do not fix obviously damage that had been done by these re Rural necks, what is Toyota to do but back these guys, locally most affected people are language diverse and elderly who never get heard. I tell you I know 10 people who have posted 1 star reviews on this Google review, your Karma is almost as bad as your disrespect of old people who come 3 to 5 times with the same problem only to be Robber by 500 to 5000 dollars each time!!!!!!!

Visiting from Melbourne and on our last night the car alternator failed on us. Saturday morning and I took in the car expecting the worst in terms of being able to get back home the same day. Glenn and the service team went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road at midday. Professional and understanding, I would happily have my car serviced again at the Toyota Healesville.
These people were wonderful helping my daughter get her first car used. We already knew they were good because my husband and I bought new cars from there so the consistant and friendly service we knew about. But they were so good to my daughter this time around - I’m so grateful James and Mark for really listening and understanding to what she needed, to Rick for helping her sort out finance options, and Glenn and the amazing service crew for getting the car ready when she needed it. Thank you Healesville Toyota!!!
