Mandy was fantastic helping me with my TMJ / bruxism issues. Jaw massages and at home techniques allowed me to completely get on top of the issue in two sessions. I’d recommend going to Headline Physio if you experience similar issues.
Very disappointed. I had really bad muscle spasm and was expecting to get at least some relief after the session. We spent most of the time on paper work and answering all kind of questions. The rest of the time was some kind of “soft patting and skin rubbing” which wasn’t deep enough to involve any muscles. Ended up seeing another physio at another practice, who actually did the job which was expected and released me from muscle spasm.
Friendly practice. Mandy is knowledgeable and good at what she does.
Superb staff.
