10/10!!!! The staff at Hay St make you feel warm & fuzzy from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The service their team offers is extraordinary. On top of that, the food!! I don’t quite understand how hot chips can be so perfect but Hay St have managed to perfect them! The mushroom croquettes are to die for, I would travel many miles for more of them! And don’t get us started on the extensive wine list. So much to choose from, something for everyone & the cocktails and spritzers are an absolute must with the well trained staff behind the bar. Will be going back many times!

Took my partner here today to celebrate her 50th birthday.  From the menu we had Hamburgers, Garfish, Slow cooked lamb shoulder and the Boeuf Bourguignonne.  All superbly cooked and well presented.nThe service was friendly and efficient, and they have created anreally nice ambient atmosphere within the restaurant.  Additionally, they've got a good selection of craft ales and wines.nWould definitely recommend visiting Hays Street for lunch or dinner.

5 star on every level! Beautiful venue, excellent service, delicious food and wine. I'll be back!

Just thought I'd echo what everyone else is saying. Great service and atmosphere, excellent food and great cocktails.nThe Goolwa cockles were delicious, and our 300 gram sirloins were flawless.nWe love whant the team are doing here and will definitely be back!
