It is rare to find a business who prides itself on excellent workmanship and quality service. Highly recommend Hawthorn Body Works to anybody who wants a repair carried out to their vehicle.  They take care of everything including your paperwork claim with the insurance company.  Provide a courtesy car whilst your car is being repaired.  My car was booked in within days.  I could not be happier with the service and attention to detail.  Thank you for the beautiful job, well done.

Absolute pleasure doing business with these guys. I had a dent in the door of my Renault, and within two days of dropping my car off it was fixed. And I can't even tell that there was ever anything wrong with it. Perfect paint match and faultless workmanship. Friendly service too. Thanks for the terrific job!

One of the best customer service experiences I've had. I had never been in a crash until I got rear-ended this month. I didn't know how to go about with the insurance companies but after dropping the car off here they took care of it all. I've just picked up my car and everything is perfect, it's even been detailed. Can not recommend enough.

Just wanted to share my experience with Hawthorn Body Works. I was in an accident and after speaking with my insurance, 20 minutes later Jason had called me to let me know that he had organized a hire car for me to pick up the next morning and the number for a tow truck. I was frazzled after the accident but Jason made sure I was OK and with someone and also liaised my insurance. Jason messaged me early for all my info so when I picked up the car the next day I didn't have to wait and had no issues. Jason has been really great and stayed in contact with me the whole week keeping me in the loop. Although my car was a write off and they weren't able to repair, Jason and the team were fantastic, caring, accommodating and very helpful. I would highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend the team at Sheen Panel Hawthorn. They took care of the insurance issues from the offending drivers insurance company and were able to fix the damaged door in just over a week. Really great customer service and the car looks great!
