Lukas at ABS Balwyn was great to deal with. They fixed the rear brakes to my car in a timely manner and did a great job. Would highly recommend!

Lukas / ABS Balwyn just saved me $7,250. Had engine warning light and restricted performance come up on a 5 year old Jaguar XF with 22,000 km on the clock. Dealership diagnosed as needing a new Turbocharger due to sticking actuator and quoted $7,250 plus cost of diagnostic. Went to ABS in Balwyn for a second opinion. Lukas suggested that before I do anything to take the car onto a highway and run at high revs for an hour to give the Turbo a chance to burn off the carbon buildup that may be causing the issue. The car had rarely seen a highway! He even took the time to explain exactly how my particular type of turbocharger worked. I did this and problem has not returned! The Jaguar dealership gave me two packets of mints and a quote for $7250. Lukas gave me some good advice and information and saved me a huge amount of money. Highly recommended ABS Balwyn/ Lukas. He has been providing quality and also very economical car servicing to my family for over 10 years now. Thank you.

After dealing with a lot of shonky workshops around the area, it was like a breath of fresh air when I stumbled upon ABS Balwyn almost by accident when my specialist vehicle urgently needed a new master cylinder. Since then I have had all my vehicles serviced there. Lukas does a great job and is scrupulously honest.

Fantastic! Could not ask for a more knowledgeable kind HONEST mechanic. We had taken our 2014 c63 AMG to Mercedes over and over getting charged ridiculous service fees. We have now found our family mechanic. Very happy.
