Recently we purchased a dining table and a buffet unit. Our initial choice was damaged at the port whist unloading the container.nnEven though this was not Harvey Norman's fault, Scott the Manager of the furniture department was unsure as to how long it would take for WorkSafe to release the container, so he wanted to ensure we were not inconvenienced, so we ended up choosing a better table/buffet unit at a bigger discounted price than was on offer.nnWe have not had this level of customer experience for a long time; he even gave us a great deal on matching bar stools.nnThank you, Scott, terrific customer service!
Firstly I had lots to buy - 3 different departments. My furniture, I dealt with Sharon ,she was amazing ,so helpful and understanding ,knew exactly what I was wanting and needed. Then on to electronics - Mohammed Mamun his customer service was outstanding, I explained what I needed and he got me the best product and price for my needs, so understanding ,as I couldn't stand for too long always had a chair ready , went beyond what most sales people do.nThen it was mattresses and Malissa McNaught was so hopefully and directed us to the best price and comfort for our needs.nnAll staff were so friendly and helpful, for someone like me who hates shopping they all made the experience enjoyable , thank again
