Bad service, last time I went there but there was one Indian guy in the mobile phones area who didn't serve me well for example he didn't even smile and was rude when dealing with the customer. But actually I am interested in buying a phone from the store but because of his service, I ended up buying a phone in JB HIFI which has a better service
We were served by Sharon J today, whilst we were looking for an outdoor modular couch. She was super helpful and joined in the banter with wifey and I… We got what we needed wanted? and I believe my comment to her was “I’m glad we came here today”. Thank you Sharon, we can’t wait to collect our furniture and enjoy our new outdoor space!! We promise to “cheers” to you!!

Was not happy with my visit to the store today. I bought a laptop about 10 months ago for over a grand and the hinge gave way. Just from general usage no overuse, haven't dropped it etc. The tech Paul was so abrupt and rude. No empathy or understanding that I am now left without a laptop for work for 2 weeks or so. It's not hard to be nice and still get the message across as to their limitations on what they can do. Whatever I said it seemed he just had to have a 'shut me' down response. I asked what would happen if they couldn't fix it, his response was 'what makes you think they can't?' So then I asked if they did fix it what if it broke a few months later. He said well its only covered for a year and I'd have to pay for any further issues. I paid for an extended warranty which Steve who helped me after I refused to speak to Paul anymore told me they would either repair or replace for that period. Why couldn't Paul tell me this instead of replying with answers that was making the situation worse? He was also leading the conversation in a direction of blaming me for the damage.nI was talking about general usage and he said so you saying the damage is from wear and tear as if I was overusing the laptop. It's not even a year old. It's always in a laptop sleeve, inside a bag. How is that wear and tear? He also said oh laptops don't last forever well for over a grand I do expect it to last at least 3 years. All of this was just aggravating the situation. He really needs to be taught how to speak to customers in a way that is helpful and not making the situation worse. It doesn't hurt to be nice especially if a customer is having a bad experience, just some understanding and empathy goes a long way.
