I want to compliment both the Joondalup store and Big W online for always offering a positive shopping experience that keeps me coming back for more. The Joondalup store staff are both friendly and helpful. I love the value-for-money and always find great clothes in my price range. My online orders are delivered promptly and the picking perfect. And don't forget my furbabies, who love their toys and accessories, which of course require reqular updating. Keep up the good work!
I certainly won't be going back to this store ever again, Staff made sure i didn't get the products I wanted and gaslighted me to another area and then helped others. You showed me my money wasn't wanted so message received another customer lost. Seems retail and sales aren't what big w are all about, you must have too much money. Id avoid big w,s and go to kmart where customer service still exists.
No one will serve you around the tech area for 15-20 minutes, I even spammed the service button 50 times. So feel free to steal as much as you want like I did! But if it happens again, I will go to every highschool and let them know how easy it is to steal from here : thanks !

Marketplace is an absolute Joke. Do not order from there. Long delivery, impossible to return. Requested a refund because it didn't fit despite being 'universal'. Refused any refund or remedy. Will NOT use their marketplace store again.
