I want to compliment both the Joondalup store and Big W online for always offering a positive shopping experience that keeps me coming back for more. The Joondalup store staff are both friendly and helpful. I love the value-for-money and always find great clothes in my price range. My online orders are delivered promptly and the picking perfect. And don't forget my furbabies, who love their toys and accessories, which of course require reqular updating. Keep up the good work!

What is going on with the change rooms, there was clothes all over the floor, some with no Curtin, desk covered in clothes piled sky high, to say I was shocked is an understatement. What a complete embrassment to a big chain store.
This store always looks messy with trolleys & pallets of stock around the store, very untidy and super unclean with no sanatiser anywhere anymore for customers to use!!nnNot sure if they have cleaners that come in at all and if so they definitely don't do their job. Never never enough staff on to keep that store clean and tidy like it should be. How about employing some more staff and getting the store back to what it should be looking? I ended up going to Whitfords big W and that store is the tidiest and cleanest store I have been to.nnFeel sorry for the staff that are there trying their hardest to do their job but doesn't help customers going into a store that's so big and walking into a mess and no customer service.nnThere is no price checkers around the store that actually work so stuff is left everywhere and they should put more bins in the store so people can leave their rubbish in there rather than on the shelves of the store. Poor staff that have to pick up people's litter is disgusting and then have no sanitiser. Come on Joondalup pick up your game!
