Hard to find staff early apart from the greeter and bag checker. In stock item under lock and key not actually in stock when I went in, Staff member did not seem interested in double checking out back and told me she could not adjust the site to show not in stock. Automated online system a joke. Called up and customer service defends the systems in place and tries to suggest buy online and pick up,
