Horrible customer service, had to return 2 faulty dishwasher's in 2 weeks only to finally have it replaced with a smaller cheaper one ,that I was told was the same size and quality and then charged extra money only to discover that the same model was advertised cheaper. Horrible experience

White goods salesman are great, very patient and willing to help. Computer guys are terrible they will take advantage of your lack of knowledge and sell you anything. The stock managers are just terrible 2 days order turns into 2 weeks  and even then you still have to call them to find out and they offer nothing for the inconvenience next time ill spend my money elsewhere.
