All Kmarts are the same, but staff assistance, that what is make difference from store to store. Customer service is important to me. That is what make a great shopping experience.
Warrnambool staff is nice. Nice smily girl greet us and put me in a good mood. Payment staff was officiant as well.
It's great for general household and pet staff.

1 star is off for product display, I do not really find its easy to find what I need.

Love this place! Fine any excuse to visit it.  So much variety,  lovely staff,  clean store.

Convenient location. Pissed off with being treated like a shoplifter having my receipt and bag checked leaving store. What happened to exit store checkouts ?

Registers in wrong place. Floor plan confused, developed without rationale thought, very,very poorly signed.. Must be loosing several million dollars of sales. Shoplifters paradise.
