It's time to refurbish. The staff are friendly and usually helpful. Compared to other Harvey Norman stores, it feels old and worn out. The range is reasonable, we have occasionally found items the computer said they didn't have. That was good because we wanted it. There's a sale on something every weekend, if what you want isn't on sale check next weekend

Excellent service and knowledge of staff in bedding section. Other staff were friendly. Good sales on at the moment. They are never too keen to haggle or offer better prices, they just don't, but prices are ok and quality and warranties are good.

Not the first time I've had a bad experience. Everytime I have come to this store I've always had bad service, just like today, especially in the technology section. Waited for 20 minutes and asked a staff member for assistance and was ignored. I work in customer service and would never leave a customer for longer than the minute they enter the store. Really disappointed.
