excellent service from Tom - went miles to give us extra serbcie when we had a hundred questions and were probably not making sense as we were jtmetlagged . And wide range. Deep discounts when they do a clearance. Very helpful about ordering out of stock items too.

Pretty cool to get served by a world record holder in chili eating, gotta say that was a first for me. Briana in the TV department was very professional and knowledgeable, the parts she picked out for me worked perfectly. Definitely recommend, great customer experience.

Not great to deal with. Seem like they're always too busy to give a hand, do yourselves a service and just go up the extra floor to JB HiFi and get some better deals and services.

Lots of products, staff can help. Tried to upsell extra protection, so make yr own choice. All products have a warranty anyhow.

Staff is exceptionally friendly. A bit much on trying to sell stock though. Hope to engage more rather than promoting sales.
