Overall I think products here are usually of good quality. I once bought a cheap $20 power bank here and it didn't hold charge for more than a day. However my new Galaxy A8 2018 is very good, on special for $700, so I am very pleased with it in stark contrast to the power bank.

Have migrated my applicable purchasing to Harvey Norman recently. Neelima in the white goods area is the best for assistance. Got a TV, washing machine, fridge freezer, sound bar, TV table and other things like smart watch. Everything has worked great. Will keep coming back.

Great saleslady. She let me open and try the different covers on my phone and even rang my ph to show me how I could answer it through the cover. Great service.
