I took my social group to the harvest market, we had a wonderful time trying new hot foods from the vendors. We purchased fresh fruits and vegetables from varying stalls, which I'm biased to say, they have delicious apples and quite reasonable prices wherever we looked. Go and try it for yourself, I myself can get my wheelchair around there with my support workers help
I have visited this attraction twice since arriving in Tasmania and enjoyed both visits. The market is an outlet for farm produce but also includes artisan food such as bread, sauces, beer, meat, spiced salt and cheeses, all produced locally. In addition there are pop up food and coffee vans of a wide variety and live music. The market would suit all ages except young children. Note there is very limited seating so if you intend to stay for a while you might consider taking your own seats. Parking is also a problem with no on-site parking and very limited spaces in the stree. Visitors should find someting of interest to take on their travel or post home as I did.
