If you are a women and want to be treated with respect DO NOT deal with Tony Hart. My husband and I went for a quote at Harts Family Funerals. We were there for almost 60 minutes. In all that time Tony Hart spoke to me two times. He made me feel like I was invisible. After leaving my husband felt embarrassed. Then he felt very angry. Angry at a man whose profession it is to be sensitive at a time of family loss could treat his wife the way she was treated - like a piece of the furniture. Of course we took our business somewhere else.
Harts Family Funerals, What a joke..... they claim to be a compassionate, practical and professional funeral home on there website, this however was not the case for my Aunty's funeral. Our family were told that family members who could not attend due to work, travel and Covid restrictions would be able to live stream the funeral service to them on the day. Fifteen minutes into the service we finally got audio vision to be met with no sound and the backs of people's heads. The sound issue was not rectified during the service so we missed hearing the eulogy, the recording was so bad we could not see the coffin or immediate family members. When it came to the pall bearers to take my Aunty's coffin out all we could see were the tops of their heads, this from men who all stand more then 6ft tall. The visual photo display of my aunty did not work on the day as the funeral home claim the USB they were given was corrupted it was a brand new USB after seeing their failed attempt at live streaming I now have my doubts as to whether this was the case. We sent a email to the funeral home to state our disappointment in their services and over 10 days later we are still yet to receive a response from Harts Family Funerals. Our family would not recommend this funeral home to anybody who wants their loved one buried with dignity as that is something Harts Family Funerals definitely do not offer.
Hart's done the service for my aunty. They travelled to Gladstone and done an amazing job. Our family thought Hart's were amazing and the service was beautiful.. highly recommend Hart's Family Funerals
Excellent and compassionate service after the loss of my Mother. Made her passing so much easier when there was so much attention to detail. My friend was also cremated with Harts and also my mates husband. Every time it was a beatiful and well arranged service.
I wrote a scathing review regarding the alleged coffin swap. Australian police have investigated and found no evidence of wrong doing. As stated in my earlier review I would remove my post if it was proved wrong. I am happy to do so and give you 5 stars for the disruption and tarnished reputation of your business.
Had 2 funerals with Harts and they are amazing. Kind thoughtful and made both experiences so much easier than previous funerals we have been through. Thankyou Tony and staff.
Thankyou Tony for all your help and support and of course the beautiful service. You where the only funeral service in town that had suggestions about having the service somewhere else besides a capel or crematorium and this made it a lovely service in a lovely place. We would highly recommend Harts Family Funerals for there professionalism, attention to detail and caring for us and our loved one.
Swap the person out of the good coffin into a cheap one for storage in the fridge! Never heard that one before! Isnt it funny how people always get caught the first time do some thing they never did before! Always a mistake that makes them money! 1700$ coffin? I dont believe it for a second!
WOW swapping a $1700 coffin for a $70 pine wood one so you could sell it again. You claim it was only temporary with the pine one, lol, of course it was, it had a deceased human being inside. Bunch of disgusting inhumane crooks looking to profit from distraught families. STAY AWAY from this HARTLESS company.
