I received great service from these wonderful guys at this shop… they did an amazing job on my car. I couldn’t recognize my car after being all done up. I didn’t know they do head-light restoration as well at such a reasonable cost compared to others, and the lights looked brand new as well.  The manager Tyrone was very nice and approachable.  And the talented mechanic sorry forgot his name he made my car look brand new again. Both great guys who provide exceptional service. I went to Hart’s to get some advice on a bit of damage to my car.  Tyrone, the new owner was fabulous, explaining things clearly and in a friendly manner.  Instead of having to pay what I thought was going to be a lot of money, Tyrone sorted out a very satisfactory solution for me.  I won’t hesitate to return to him for any car issues I might have in the future.  I’ve already told my friends about the wonderful service he provides too. I  highly recommend Harts. Staff are friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. They are very good at communicating what will need to be done and why. They made the process of car repairs simple. What a great team at Harts Body shop. I had dealings with a few guys and was happy with the help they gave me. Leroy was a pleasant young man to deal with and also his co worker which i forgot his name. My mirror was painted and fitted with no problem at all and would highly recommend to any person that requires work done to there precious vehicle Job well done to all involved . I brought my car in for a second opinion, after some very questionable repairs done by another panel beater. The guys were bloody helpful! They took a thorough look at the repairs for me and gave me some great advice on what the original repairer should have done, they even spoke to the insurance assessor looking after my claim. They didn't treat me like "dumb female who knows nothing about cars" While they didn't do any repairs to my car, I will 100% be bringing my car here if I ever need too! I know plenty of people who use these guys and have never heard a bad word or seen a bad job!!

I am absolutely thrilled with my service here at harts body shop Palmerston North. I came to them with issues with my car and despite complications with other services they were extremely supportive and made me feel very well looked after through the whole process. Sadly it's  not the first time I've had excellent service from Harts Body Shop.  The first time was about four years ago and  the  most recent was just today . They fixed my car in record time. I was expecting to get it back in 3 days but it was ready 9 hours later and this was 3 days before they closed for Xmas. Even though I had awesome customer service  I hope I don't see you anytime soon.Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim
