A bit disappointed. I asked them to read the installation manual for the parts that were getting installed, I was kinda fobbed off with my concern for detail and the information was possibly not conveyed- First they fitted the wrong fuse mentioned in the manual. Then I had connection dropouts when charging my battery just a week later. It became clear that a proper hydraulic crimper was not used or the still image would not look the way it does. I will now have to pay an auto elec in melbourne to redo this or buy a hydraulic crimper as I can’t get back to Bendigo to do this. Auto electronics work here could be improved. I wish this company all the best and only posting this feedback to see better service and attention next time. I would appreciate reimbursement for redoing this work.
Chasing rear sway bar links for a GU Patrol and they had them in stock. These got the car going again on its trip to the Simpson, so they were happy and so was I. Staff were excellent good range of gear inside, worth a look
Great experience with Harrison 4WD. They went over and above to help with my roof rack issues and made sure once they were available they had them installed promptly. Highly recommended business.
Never will I recommend them. Jobs not completed and still charged as if they did complete. Not all that work there know their Job. Would not recommend them. Owner is a awesome bloke but sadly I can't say same for who works for him. Was ripped in end off quite a large amount and wasn't notified of any issues they found to confirm what could be done. They did half Job and asked for full amount but Job was not completed.
Great experience, very helpful. They did a wonderful job on our camp trailer.
The service that you receive from the team at Harrison's is second to none. The staff knowledge is fantastic and you don't just feel like another number. I would highly recommend them for any of your 4WD needs.
These guys are awesome. They went out of their way for us, above and beyond. Darren, Daniel & Khan are very knowledgeable, they found & fixed an issue that 3 other 4wd companies couldn’t. Highly recommend
