Absolutely amazing trio. Outstanding compassion and sympathy. My first time ever doing anything like this and they were with me every step of the way fulfilling all my wishes. Exceptional people skills. Well done guys. I however, do hope we don't have to meet again anytime soon
Kelly and her team took great care of our much loved Aunty when she passed away recently. Kelly led the funeral and took care of all event arrangements to hold a +450 people event. All this while supporting our family through a difficult time. I recommend them if you are ever in this situation. Lastly Kelly, Brittany and Jordie partnered so well with Linda and her team at Tairoa Lodge - a dream team at a sad time. Thank you all. Regards Lynne Paynter.
Very disappointed with yesterday’s funeral 2 September on the livestream… After 15 minutes of double voice over and music and not being able to hear what the minister was saying… I rang them direct… At first a guy hung up on me… before I could tell him the problem… When I rung back… he understood the concern and said they were dealing with it and it would be fixed in a couple of minutes… 20 minutes later they finally fixed the problem… 35 minutes into the service… This is disgusting… especially during lockdown when none of us could be there in person… I suggest you fix the problem before the next livestream funeral…
Beautiful outlay ... was closure for me due to the fact was level 3 LD and was able to view my brother orsum Nga Mihi
A mothers love and thanks to all the staff,genuinely warm,affectionate and more then thoughtful.I felt more then comfortable with leaving my beloved son in the care of these people.
A lovely warm team that will take care of you as if they are a member of your family... Highly recommended.
