Story

Harcourts Preet & Co comprises of 10 full service real estate offices and is the fastest growing franchise in the Harcourts Group internationally.

We are your local specialists within Auckland with offices in Botany, Ellerslie, Howick, Manukau, Meadowlands, Otahuhu, Pakuranga and Papatoetoe.

Our Property Management division compliments our sales team at all of our offices. Our Property Managers have quickly grown their portfolios to establish Preet & Co Rentals as a competitive force in the area, leading the Northern region for business development as well as one of the top three nationally.

While many companies have a goal to be Number One, it has been a realised dream for us and in five very active years Preet & Co is now the largest franchise in south & east Auckland. Notably, our offices and salespeople have been winning awards both within Harcourts and the wider real estate industry. Agents from Preet & Co have been recognised as the Harcourts Rising Star of the Year for the Northern Region in 2013, 2014 and 2016 and for the whole of New Zealand in 2016, plus the runner up for the REINZ Rising Star award on a national scale.

Our Manukau office has just been announced at number 17 on the Top International Harcourts offices list (out of over 840 offices), our greatest achievement to date!

With a strong dedicated multi-cultural sales team, we have been able to deliver real estate services to a wide cross-section through south and east Auckland.
