We consider it inappropriate for one of your sales agents to write a review on google of another business whilst representing himself as a Harcourts sales agent...unless of course the Harcourts hold the same view as the agent. Not sure if this a deliberate misguided attempt to increase his own profile and give his review some credibility or simply that he lacks the sound judgement to appreciate in doing so, his views now reflect poorly on Harcourts. Of course we appreciate that he is entitled to his own opinion and all feedback, good or bad, is welcomed... but we feel it should have been submitted personally, not under the Harcourts banner. His review was based on the fact that either he or his wife misunderstood the simple terms of a simple written sales contract and that he failed to notify us that he had changed address.... If he cannot read or interpret such a document heavens knows how he can be allowed to prepare a rather more complex S&P agreement. It is unlikely that we could recommend his or Harcourts services to our 33 hardworking staff or the 50,000 happy Auckland clients that we represent.
