I found all the staff at Harcourt's Jimboomba in particular Shane Stegemann with whom I mainly dealt with, to be friendly, respectful and courteous. They truly went above and beyond  in helping me obtain a property for me, after six months of battling with other real estate agencies to find a rental. Its refreshing to be treated like a respected tenant as opposed to a number. Thanks guys for all your support and going out of your way for me to make it happen.  I absolutely love my home.  Highly recommend!

Waited 11 days to get back door key,tv cable not hook up. Fixed on friday, thats 18 days civil rights withheld, toilet wall rotten caused by regular  flooding,constant  lying by realtor  agant

If i could give 0 star i would definitely...terrible customer service by agent Toni Wright..NEVER use her as your agent she is rude and lazy.  So glad i didnt have to deal with her through the whole experience and the boss (Drew) she couldnt care less that one of her agents treated people like that.

Worst real estate ever. Change property managers and staff like underwear, dont repair, keep funds unlawfully and then take an entire bond for cleaning when the house was immaculate. Rip off merchants!
