Harbour City Travel

While in Scotland, a family situation meant an urgent need to arrange return flights home. Brydie at Harbour City Travel was a great help to us. We greatly appreciated this support as it meant we could focus on closing off our visiting with the knowledge our travel back home was being arranged.

Their 24/7 service is for real. It started with Barbro still working at 1:30 am on Christmas day to secure a discounted river cruise deal that expired on 24 December. The next example was Maxine noticing we had missed flight connection (due to weather) and checking we were OK along with giving advice on rejoining our tour. the final example was being told by KLM late one evening in UK that our flight in 8 hours time was cancelled and they couldn't do anything to re-book us. Brydie came to the rescue using several phones at same time to resolve our problem resulting in us arriving at our next destination 7 hours ahead of our travelling companions who were organizing their own travel.

Our trip to the UK via Beijing was awesome thanks to HCT's brilliant organisation. They made all bookings and arrangements easy and were happy to make changes to our itinerary as we changed our plans over the months before we went. Thanks guys!
