Looked up Hancock opening hours : 24 hours great - booked Hancock west study room in advance for important meeting - no problem went great. Show up on day - locked out student id didn't work to get in - missed important meeting with sure consequences. Either need to provide alternative opening hours for Hancock west or don't allow room booking on a time when it's closed.

Absolutely love this library. Always study here on level 1 for many hours because it is usually calm and quiet. There is a kitchenette with hot water where I usually cook Indomie and a small parent's room on the third level.

Good luck getting a seat in this poorly designed and laid out library. Staff don’t do anything about people hoarding seats. Computers always running slow too. And you’d have better chances at winning the lottery than getting a stable wifi connection.nBooking the group rooms is difficult too as they are full as soon as room bookings become available. When it comes time to using the room they seem to be empty or hoarded by one person who booked out the room for hours just for themselves. Not a type of library you’d expect from a self proclaimed ‘best university in Australia’. I get a better experience from a public library.

There are some decent spots to work here, but the best require bookings. Quite busy usually.
